"We bought a golf cart in another state so a State Farm agent there was asked to add another policy to the State Farm policies we already have. Because of a processing error, our vehicle was dropped from our auto policy and only the golf cart was showing as insured. Florida DMV was ready to drop our registration and DL validity when Larry Walker stepped in to fix someone else's screw up. His team was responsive over a holiday weekend and Larry explained how the processes work, steps, responsibilities, what to expect. "Mr Walker is not a man of his word if you tell me you will call me back in 10 mins a after 5 days you have not been able to to talk and then you change my policy holder that adds $1,000 to the policy that I have requested and after 2 Day's gone by have a assistant call who tells me she can't help because she doesn't work on homeowners insurance wow that's said something about the company"
